Family Visa Requirements: The sponsor must have a valid UAE residence visa and a minimum salary of AED 4,000 per month. Required documents usually include the sponsor’s passport and Emirates ID, valid residence visa, salary certificate or employment certificate, registered tenancy contract or proof of accommodation, and the dependent’s passport and recent photo. For spouses and children, an attested marriage certificate and birth certificates are required. Dependents aged 18 and above must complete a medical fitness test.
Family Visa Inside-Country Procedure: For dependents already inside the UAE, Province Documents Clearing Services will handle the complete process on behalf of the customer. The process starts with opening the sponsor’s family visa file, followed by applying for the entry permit and then completing the change of status. After the status change, the dependent completes the medical fitness test, where applicable, and biometric registration for those aged 15 and above. The Emirates ID application is then processed. Health insurance is optional for Dubai visas and compulsory for visas issued in the Northern Emirates. Finally, residence visa stamping is completed, and the family visa process is finalized.
Family Visa Outside-Country Procedure: For dependents who are outside the UAE, Province Documents Clearing Services will handle the application and submission on behalf of the customer. The process starts with opening the sponsor’s family visa file, followed by applying for the entry permit. Once the entry permit is approved, the dependent can enter the UAE. After entering the country, the dependent completes the medical fitness test, where applicable, and biometric registration for those aged 15 and above. The Emirates ID application is then processed, followed by residence visa stamping. Health insurance is optional for Dubai visas and compulsory for visas issued in the Northern Emirates.
Output Documents – Soft Copies: Upon completion, the customer will receive soft copies of the approved Entry Permit, Change of Status document (for inside-country applications), Medical Fitness Certificate, Emirates ID, and Residence Visa. The original Emirates ID card will be delivered directly to the customer’s doorstep by courier.
