The customer may apply for the request after completing 180 days of staying outside the UAE.
The remaining residence validity must be more than 30 days at the time of application submission.
Upon approval of the application, entry into the UAE must be completed within 28 to 30 days, including the approval date.
- A fine of AED 100 is charged for every 30 days, for example if you stayed outside the UAE more than 7 months AED 100 will be charged along with the application fee, AED 200 will be charged along the application fee if you are stayed outside UAE more than 8 months,
- 210 days to 240 days = Application fee + AED 100.00
- 241 days to 270 days = Application fee + AED 200.00

- Exempted Categories: Golden, Green, and Blue Residence holders, and the husband of a UAE national woman (if sponsored by her), may enter the UAE anytime as long as the residence remains valid.
- Standard Investor/Partner Visa: Allowed to stay outside the UAE for up to 365 consecutive days (1 year) before risking visa invalidity.
- When You Need It
- Duration Abroad: Your dependent has spent more than 180 continuous days outside the UAE.
- Visa Status: The dependent’s residence visa remains active or valid, but the standard six-month outside-country limit has been exceeded.
